The Biergarten brings an authentic beer garden atmosphere to the world of the Birgés Hotel: an open, welcoming space where no special occasion is needed to enjoy a hearty meal and a perfectly poured pint of beer. The spirit of traditional Bavarian beer gardens comes to life around the tables – through wooden textures, shared conversations, long evenings, and carefree laughter – creating an experience that feels natural, honest, and effortlessly enjoyable. Deliberately positioned as a separate venue from the hotel’s main areas, the Biergarten is easily accessible for outside guests while also serving as a natural extension of the Birgés Hotel’s gastronomic and social experience.

One of the defining names in our beer selection is Paulaner, whose story began in Munich in 1634. Originally brewed by the monks of the Paulaner order for their own consumption during strict fasting periods, these rich and nourishing beers became known as “liquid bread.” The exceptional quality of the brewery soon earned widespread recognition, and in 1837 King Ludwig I of Bavaria officially acknowledged Paulaner as an outstanding beer.
