BIERGARTEN RESTAURANT HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests!

The aim of the Biergarten is to provide a relaxed, welcoming, yet respectful atmosphere for all guests. We kindly ask you to observe and comply with the following house rules.

1. General Provisions

  • By entering the Biergarten premises, guests accept the provisions of these house rules.
  • Guests are kindly requested to respect the comfort and relaxation of others at all times.
  • The Biergarten reserves the right to refuse service to guests displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or heavily intoxicated behaviour.

2. Table Reservations

  • Guests may submit online table reservation requests at the Biergarten.
  • Online reservations are not automatically confirmed but are received as reservation requests in our system.
  • Reservations become final only after confirmation by our colleagues via telephone or other direct communication.
  • The purpose of the confirmation process is to avoid unnoticed reservations or technical issues and to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Guests are kindly requested to provide accurate contact details when making a reservation.
  • We continue to offer online reservations for the convenience of our guests, as many visitors prefer this quick and comfortable solution.
  • In case of delay, guests are kindly asked to notify our colleagues whenever possible.

3. Dress Code and Appearance

  • Although the Biergarten offers a more casual atmosphere, guests are kindly requested to appear in appropriate attire.
  • Entering the guest areas in swimwear or shirtless is not permitted.

4. Children

  • Children may remain on the Biergarten premises only under parental or adult supervision.
  • Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children.

5. Smoking

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
  • Guests are kindly requested to use the provided ashtrays.

6. Food and Beverage Consumption

  • Bringing outside food and beverages onto the premises is not permitted.
  • Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18.
  • In case of allergies or food sensitivities, please inform our colleagues.

7. Rules of Conduct

  • Loud, disruptive, obscene, or aggressive behaviour is not permitted.
  • Standing on tables or furniture and using them improperly is prohibited.
  • All guests are expected to help maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the facilities.

8. Liability

  • The Biergarten accepts no responsibility for personal belongings.
  • Guests causing damage intentionally or through negligence bear full financial responsibility for such damages.

9. Payment

  • Consumption may be settled in cash or by accepted bank cards.
  • Requests for separate bills should be indicated at the time of ordering.

10. Final Provisions

  • The management of the Biergarten reserves the right to modify these house rules.
  • Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of Hungary.
